2026. On a Monday or Friday: Good Friday (Friday 3 April), Easter Monday (Monday 6 April), May Day (Friday 1 May), Christmas Day (Friday 25 December). On a Saturday or Sunday: Easter Sunday (Sunday 5 April), Whit Sunday (Sunday 24 May), Midsummer Day (Saturday 20 June), All Saints' Day (Saturday 31 October), Independence Day (Sunday 6 December), Second day of Christmas (Saturday 26 December).

2027. On a Monday or Friday: New Year's Day (Friday 1 January), Good Friday (Friday 26 March), Easter Monday (Monday 29 March), Independence Day (Monday 6 December). On a Saturday or Sunday: Easter Sunday (Sunday 28 March), May Day (Saturday 1 May), Whit Sunday (Sunday 16 May), Midsummer Day (Saturday 26 June), All Saints' Day (Saturday 6 November), Christmas Day (Saturday 25 December), Second day of Christmas (Sunday 26 December).

What the source says. Midsummer Eve and Christmas Eve are not public holidays in law.
